Since joining Shede Wine Industry in 1991, Comrade Pu Jizhou has gradually grown into the leader of the company from the "front line of production technology" and "front line of marketing". Starting as a worker in the packaging workshop, he has successively served as the quality inspection team leader of the brewing process, the director of the office of the Production Technology Department, the director of the office of the Supply Department, the deputy director of the Quality Management Department, the deputy director of the Production Technology Department, the director of the 1st and 4th Factories, the director of the Administrative Center, the secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Jilin Tuopai Agricultural Products Development Company, the manager of the Thermal Power Company and the director of the packaging workshop, the director and deputy general manager of Tuopai Shede Group, the director and vice president of Shede Wine Industry, the president and co-chairman of Shede Wine Industry, and has been the chairman of Shede Wine Industry since December 2023[superscript:4].

Since leading the company's leadership team in the second entrepreneurship in 2020, he has achieved the historic goal of "rebuilding one Shede in four years". The company's net assets increased from 3.781 billion yuan in 2020 to 7.417 billion yuan in 2024, a growth rate of 96.17%, paying nearly 9 billion yuan in taxes, creating about 5,000 new jobs for the local area, and its products are exported to 36 countries and regions overseas. In 2024, Shede Wine Industry won the "National May 1st Labor Certificate", becoming the only enterprise in China's baijiu industry to win this honor that year.
