1. Shede 312 liquor-making ecological park

At the end of the last century, the first ecological brewing industrial park in China was built by Shede spirits. It has rich plant community and stable environment with annual average temperature of 17.3 °C and the relative humidity of 78.5%, which is suitable for the enrichment of beneficial microorganisms and the stability and optimization of microflora and provides a non-replicable ecological environment for liquor-making. The liquor-making workshop covers a building area of 87,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of daqu.

2. Golden liquor

Shede spirits inherits the ancient technique of making liquor in “Taihequ classics” and creates the original technique of "211" liquor-making: two kinds of grain (barley and wheat), “one keep” (keeping moisture), and “one combine” (combining into peaks). The three major characteristics of quyao are: golden colour (the surface color of the body is golden), golden rings (there are yellow-brown rings in curved section edge), golden spots (there are yellow spots in the middle of the curved section). Through years of brewing production, it is as precious as gold for playing an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of liquor body. Therefore, it is named "golden liquor" and praised as “divine liquor”.
